Recovery unit of the surplus heat from flue gas
Introduction
Introduction
The recovery unit consists of spraying heat exchange technology and heat pump technology to recollect the surplus heat from smoke and reduce the temperature of flue gas to less than 30℃. The temperature of the recycled heat is elevated by heat pump and then can be used to heat the return water in thermal network. This method can increase the efficiency of the natural gas utilization by 10% and purify the smoke.
This recovery equipment is an integrated constructed unit. It can be easily used by simply connect the inlets and outlets. The installation is convenient and its appearance is nice. It can also be personally designed according to the conditions of the surplus heat of the flue gas from the boilers.
Driving source: natural gas
Surplus heat that can be utilized is from: the flue gas from the boiler
Heat gained: used for district heat supply and heating the return water from the thermal network
